Are there any limits to the services Elite Life® can provide?
No, we have an extensive professional network both within the UK and overseas which enables us to meet a diverse range of client requests. As long as your request is legal and ethical, we will do everything in our power to get it done.

How do I purchase services?
Time is bought in advance (with a minimum purchase of one hour) and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The more hours you buy, the cheaper it becomes. Please contact us for more information.

How do I make a service request?
Simply contact Elite Life® via telephone, email, SMS or fax with your request.

Does Elite Life® have a minimum notice period?
The normal notice period required when making a request is 48 hours, however we will accept any last minute requests although depending on the service requested execution of the task might be affected.

How does Elite Life® track the time used on my request?
We use a time-tracking system to ensure that your time is accurately redeemed.
